Meeting of the minds

Well the staff of Team Hendryx will meet for a monthly meeting to discuss current projects that we have going on and future projects. Lots of things are happening right now. We have a 5k/10k , 1/2 marathon and marathon running program with Fleet Feet Sports. Also, we have a group training for Miami man triathlon and we are the coaches for the Epic Challenge.
