Sorry I have been very busy with a full time teaching job and helping with some of the duties of Team Hendryx.

Team Burnham 70 athletes training for Disney
Disney cast members training for Disney
Fleet Feet/Team Hendryx running program 20+ runners
A group of Team Hendryx athletes training for Miami man triathlon
Epic Challenge group training for the Florida Challenge 1/2 triathlon
Plus several individual athletes training for several different 1/2 ironman triathlons.
Oh, I forgot I am starting to coach my middle school cross country team as well.
